Die Informationssyteme der Gegenwart sind so umfangreich und vielschichtig geworden, dass für ihre Vernetzung und Simultanität die eindimensionale Form des Buches nicht mehr genügt.
Communication at the end of 20th century – the book is replaced by computer and electronical media in a new dimension. The present information systems are so extensive and complex that the one-dimensional form of the book isn´t enough to connect the systems and their simultaneity.

»Gerhild Ebel transportiert ihren schon bestehenden seriellen Text ›schuftiger‹ zum gelbschwarzen Letternwort-Farbwert-Gebilde, durch Länge und Lautwert der Worte in Rhythmus gebracht. Geläufige und bis zum Absurden gesuchte Komparativbildungen mit der Endung ›tiger‹ vermehren sich zur gesteigerten Litanei, um deren Immanenz willen einerseits, ironisch andererseits im Hinblick auf eine um immer noch ›steigerbarere‹ Steigerungen (›super‹, ›mega‹…) ringende Exaltiertheit von Diskurs und Dialog. Der ›tierisch‹ grelle Farbrausch, der Gefahr und Blindheit gleichermaßen signalisiert, verbindet sich in der Rauminstallation mit Klängen der Band ›poetic maverick‹ «.

»Gerhild Ebel transports her existing serial text ›knavisher‹ into a yellow-black letter word-color value-formation, which gets a rhythm by the length and phonetic value of the words. Comperatives, familiar ones and absurd new creations, sum up to a litany struggling for immanence and at the same time for an ironically eccentric discource and dialogue aiming at the comparative of the comparative (›super‹, ›mega‹…).
The ›brute‹ shrill ecstasy of colors, which signals danger and blindness at the same time, is connected in the room installation with the sounds of the band ›poetic maverick‹ «.

A work on the unity of opposites: opposite pairs of words are devided, turned around
and set against each other. This results in cyphers that cry out to be decoded.
