Als Hommage an Friedrich Achleitners Gedicht »Rot statt Rot« entstand eine konzeptionelle Serie in zahlreichen Rottönen, die das scheinbar Unvermeidliche des Textes aufgreift und fortführt.
A conceptual series in numerous shades of red as a homage to the poem »red instead of red« by Friedrich Achleitner was created which takes up the seemingly inevitable of the text and continues.

Eine aktuelle Arbeit zum Artensterben: Statt realer Insekten werden nur noch leere Schilder bedrohter Arten in Sammlungskästen platziert. Je Kasten wird eine Käfer- und Schmetterlingsart in das ihr immanente charakteristische Farbenspektrum “zerlegt”. Die an Konkrete Kunst erinnernde Arbeit basiert auf meinem Studium der Naturwissenschaft und Entomologie.
A current work on the extinction of species: Instead of real insects, only empty signs of endangered species are placed in collection boxes. In each box, a species of beetle and butterfly is „dissected“ into its immanent characteristic colour spectrum. The work, reminiscent of concrete art, is based on my studies of natural science and entomology.

Geläufige und bis zum Absurden gesuchte Komparativbildungen mit der Endung »…tiger« vermehren sich zur gesteigerten Litanei, um deren Immanenz willen einerseits, ironisch andererseits im Hinblick auf eine um immer noch »steigerbarere« Steigerungen (»super«, »mega«…) ringende Exaltiertheit von Diskurs und Dialog«. »Gerhild Ebel transports her existing serial text »schuftiger«together with Ottfried Zielke into a yellow-black letter word-color value-formation, which gets a rhythm by the length and phonetic value of the words. Comperatives, familiar ones and absurd new creations, sum up to a litany struggling for immanence and at the same time for an ironically eccentric discource and dialogue aiming at the comparative of the comparative (»super«, »mega«…).

Die schier endlose Route der Flüchtlinge von Kiew nach Korczowa, dem polnischen Auffanglager, wird fragmentarisch nachgezeichnet, begleitet von einem menschenverachtenden Beschuss auf die fliehende Zivilbevölkerung.
»24_02« is called like the day of the attack by Russia and traces the escape route from Kiev to Korczowa (Poland) in fragments, as well as the bombardment of the fleeing civilian population.
